A Growing Love: The Story of Jordan, Noomie, Ely & Hillevi
There’s something incredibly special about photographing families through life’s transitions—and Jordan and Noomie’s journey has been one of our favorites to document. Their first session took place in Birmingham, Alabama, just before baby Hillevi was born. We spent the afternoon at their home and later wandered through a beautiful garden nearby, capturing the calm, hopeful energy that comes right before welcoming a new little one.
A few months later, we had the joy of photographing their family again—this time with Hillevi in their arms. Watching Ely step into his new role as big brother and seeing how naturally this family of four fit together was such a privilege. Out of respect for the family’s wishes, we’ve chosen not to feature their children’s full faces online, but trust—every moment was filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of connection that reminds us why we love doing what we do.
